Dr. Reginal D. Harris is the author of "You’re Hired! Hiring the Right Person for the Job" and "Making Your Mark: Basic Principles of Success". He writes, "Each of us must be willing to address specific needs, wants and expectations of others in a friendly, courteous, and caring manner despite evolving challenges, if we are to maximize every opportunity." His management experience started in 1990, as a Sergeant in the US Army, where he supervised over 20 medical personnel, in Camp Howze, Korea.

Dr. Harris graduated cum laude with Bachelors of Sciences degree in Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences from Florida A&M University, in Tallahassee, Florida. He earned his Masters degree in Business Administration from Kennedy-Western University, in Agora Hills, California. He recently graduated with honors from Warren National University, in Cheyenne, Wyoming, where he earned a Doctorate in Health Administration. He graduates in 2008 with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.

Upon graduating from Florida A&M, Dr. Harris accepted a commission into the Biomedical Service Corps of the US Air Force. He served in various leadership roles at Wilford Hall Medical Center Lackland Air Force Base, Texas. He was an Element Leader for Tricare Pharmacy, Officer-In-Charge of Pediatric Pharmacy Services, Officer-In-Charge of Surgical Unit Support Pharmacy and Office-in-charge of the Ambulatory Care Pharmacy. His civilian management responsibilities included serving as Pharmacist-In-Charge for Eckerd Drugs in San Antonio, Texas, Consultant Pharmacist for Caremark Prescription Services Division, Director of Pharmacy Services for Touchette Regional Hospital Centreville, Illinois, and Pharmacy Manager for Cardinal Health Nuclear Pharmacy Services of Miami Lakes, Florida. In 1999, he founded InfoSource Communications, LLC®, a professional speaking and pharmacy consultant services firm. He provides consultant pharmacy services ranging from Joint Commission readiness to interim Director of Pharmacy management. He has published several articles on array of topics, provided continuing education to Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and Registered Nurses; and holds active Pharmacist licensure in Florida, Illinois, and Texas.

In additions to his professional activities, Dr. Harris fervently serves the community. He chairs the Board of Directors for the City of Converse Economic Development Corporation and recently served as Vice President & board member of the Meadows of Copperfield Homeowners Association. His past community involvement includes serving as a mentor for FPA Adopt-A-Student Program, Miami Dade Alliance for Better Schools, Big Brothers & Big Sister of Tallahassee, New Life Rites of Passage Program, The Nia Institute; former advisor for Alamo City Chamber of Commerce, former member of New Life Political Advisory Council, former speaker/mentor for Youth Coordinator for the Texas Minority Business Opportunity Symposium, board member for Empowerment Seminars Inc., and Big Brothers & Big Sisters of San Antonio.

Dr. Harris holds active membership in the American Pharmaceutical Association, American Society of Hospital Pharmacists, National Diamondback Pharmacy Alumni Council, Texas Society of Health-System Pharmacists, and Central Texas Society of Health-System Pharmacists. He currently serves as co-Coordinator for Continuing Pharmaceutical Education for the NDPAC. He held active membership in the Florida Pharmacy Association for 10 years, served three years in the FPA House of Delegates, served six terms on the Board of Directors for the Florida Pharmacy Today Journal Board, served two terms as Chairman for Dade County Pharmacy Association Continuing Education Committee, three terms on DCPA Executive Committee, and two years as a member of National Pharmaceutical Association.
